You may return you Etairos watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This only applies to watches that have not been worn or used in any way, AND must have all original tags and or stickers. Watches with scratches or blemishes of any kind will not be accepted for return. All sales on sale items are final.

Shipping of your Etairos watch is free to the continental United States. International shipping rates apply. Return shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser. Our carriers will not ship to PO Boxes.

Accessories such as straps and clothing items may be shipped using other shipping services and may take up to 5-7 business days to arrive unless specified during purchase.
